Siemens Fire Safety

We designed an Intranet site for Siemens Fire Safety in Wokingham, that had to follow strict content and design guidelines from there parent companies Siemens.

 

This Intranet site included a IT asset Register to track all the companies computer hardware and peripherals, a telephone directory system containing information about the staff including Mobile telephone numbers office location, Job Titles, payroll numbers. We also included the ability to show a photograph of the member of staff, and a detailed office location map. The directory had two search methods, Simple and Advanced. Using the simple search the user can search by either first name or last name, or both. The advanced search contained fields for mobile numbers, office locations, payroll number and the name fields.

 

We also Intergrated into the Intranet site an ASP Helpdesk package from Liberium.
